Clark Nursing & Rehabilitation Center utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation and sub-acute medical services. Many injuries or illnesses leave an individual unable to stand, walk, or to safely perform the activities of daily living. Our specially trained therapists work as a team with residents who have had strokes, broken bones, fractures, or other rehabilitative problems. Together we work closely with the resident and family to develop a successful treatment program which is customized to the individual’s needs.We are achieving outstanding results through our comprehensive program and have consistently helped residents return home to their prior lifestyle safely and with a higher degree of self confidence and success.

The full complement of rehabilitative services we provide at Clark include:


OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY: Assists in the restoring of an individual’s ability to perform the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
PHYSICAL THERAPY: Aids in regaining functional abilities lost due to illness, hospitalization, surgery including fractures and joint replacements, stroke, or other injury.
SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY: Assists with communication skills, chewing, and swallowing disorders. Compensation for hearing impairment, oral-motor dysfunction, and memory loss treatment programs are also offered to assist with speech and comprehension skills.
