Rehabilitation
Program
Clark
Nursing and Rehabilitation Center utilizes an interdisciplinary
approach to rehabilitation and sub-acute medical services. Many
injuries or illnesses leave an individual unable to stand, walk,
or to safely perform the activities of daily living. Our specially
trained therapists work as a team with residents who have had
strokes, broken bones, fractures, or other rehabilitative problems.
Together we work closely with the resident and family to develop
a successful treatment program which is customized to the individual’s
needs. We are achieving outstanding results through our comprehensive
program and have consistently helped residents return home to
their prior lifestyle safely and with a higher degree of self
confidence and success.
