Our Health Care Team

The staff at Clark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is committed to improving the quality of life through the quality of care. Programs are individualized to meet the physical, social, and emotional well being of each resident. We strive to create a healthy balance of medical and rehabilitative services along with recreational and social activities, counseling, and religious services.

Many residents come to us after hospitalization for illness, surgery, or injury. We work closely with community hospitals to ensure a smooth transition to Clark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. We respect the hospitals relationship with the patient, and understand the importance of maintaining a continuum of care network.

Our Medical Services include:
• Medical Director, Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine
• Physiatrists, Specialist in Physical Medicine
• Regular visits from attending physicians, dentists, and other health care professionals
• 24-Hour Nursing: Restorative Care, Intravenous Therapy, Wound Care, Pain Management, Enteral Therapy, Post-Surgical Assistance with Bathing, Dressing, and Feeding
• Therapeutic Rehabilitation Team
• Respiratory Therapy
• Board Certified Pulmonologist for Ventilator Unit
• Nutrition and Diet Therapy
