As you may be aware, the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has emerged in the United States. As always, we take infection prevention very seriously at Clark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. We are following CDC recommendations and are communicating with the NJ Department of Health for guidance.
All of our services remain open at this time however, out of an abundance of caution, we are temporarily suspending all visitation with our residents. This decision was made thoughtfully and with guidance from the NJ Department of Health as there are ongoing presumptive and positive cases of COVID-19 in New Jersey.
We are sensitive to the hardship this may present for our families and will work with you to make arrangements to stay in touch with your loved ones.
Since this situation is ever changing, we will continue to follow the recommendations from the NJ Department of Health and the CDC and update our residents and families as appropriate.
We thank you for your continued trust and support and for allowing us to have the privilege of caring for your loved one. We appreciate your understanding and help in keeping all of our residents healthy. If you should have any additional questions or concerns, please contact your Social Worker.
